It is a furnished town house ideal for corporate long-term rental . This is also a popular unit of all the accommodation owned by the La Maison de Ville Guest house group and advance booking is essential.   Long term Corporate rentals and individual Long term rentals terms only .

This Property will be Invoiced by the Johan Swanepoel Family trust and is not registered for VAT.

House rules include the following.

Once the rental agreement is signed a  full months deposit  amount is payable and Monthly rent payable in our Nedbank account by 28th of every month and is always in advance for your stay .

Key deposit of R 10 000.00 payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after your rental agreement expires.

Regular Inspections will be made at random to insure all is in order at the house. Any damage to property in any way, will be dealt with after such an inspection and the company will take full responsibility for such damage.

Gardening staff will see to the garden twice a week and will be left with direct excess.

No Noise of any kind will be allowed such as loud music or loud talking or conversation. If neighbors can hear you then it is too loud.

No other visitors allowed other than the people staying in the house according to the rental agreement signed by your company or individual.

No Parties or functions allowed on the property as this is a residential property.

No animals allowed.

No Smoking ( If we find that the non smoking policy wasn't applied the guests will be charged a fine of R1200.00 which is what an air freshener company would charge to get the smell out of the furniture and curtains. Please respect this.

Not more than1 vehicles are allowed in the drive way. There is a double garage for 1 vehicle and space for one more behind the garage.

Please may we ask when you are on the property to obey by the rules as laid down by the Body Corporate which you will receive with your copy of the rental agreement or you will be asked to vacate the premises and your rental agreement will be cancelled with immediate effect.
