Unless by prior arrangement , payment in full to confirm your booking via EFT or Credit card.

Companies will release payment before or on the day the long term accommodation starts. 

 

If cancelled by private guests: 

  • 0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% ;

  • 8-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% ;

  • 15 or more prior to arrival, forfeit 50% ;

  • Taxes and levies: All inclusive

Any cancellations by a company for long term accommodation: 

  • Unless 24 Hrs notice is given for change of dates, the company is liable to pay for such accommodation until its filled by other bookings according to our booking system.

  • No refunds will be provided for rooms that are left unoccupied unless cleared with management 24 hrs in advance and keys handed in. 

  • It is the duty of the company to ensure Guest arrivals and departures are being communicate properly.

  • Credits can be applied if date changes are submitted to management in advance, at least 24 hrs prior to check-in date.
